A 25-second launch film for Bifa, a simple task board for small teams. Every frame is made in code: no stock footage, no AI video. The idea was already in the name. In Romanian, bifă means "tick", so the film follows one task all the way to Done, and the final tick becomes the logo.
What I did
I studied the app and used its real colours, columns and cards, with a demo workspace full of fictional tasks. The pitch: someone asks Claude to plan their week, the board fills up, and one task moves to Done. I started with the voice and timed everything else to it, so the logo lands right on the beat. Then I rebuilt the app's screens in code, animated them, and added original music and sound effects.
What I changed
Shorter pauses in the voice-over, so it fits in 25 seconds. Labels moved off the content. Bigger text and a bigger logo. The music turned down under every word. And a temporary logo, until the final one is ready.
What I learned
Show the real product, not a metaphor. Start with the voice: it makes every later step easier. And a light app looks premium on a dark background.
